Cancellation Policy
PamBHair Studio – Booking & Cancellation Policy At PamBHair Studio, we are committed to providing a personalized, relaxing, and enjoyable experience for every client. To ensure smooth scheduling and availability, please review our policies below. Cancellations & Rescheduling: We understand that life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice to avoid fees. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged 50% of the service cost. No-shows will be charged 100% of the service cost. To cancel or reschedule, please call or text 469-766-7262 or visit pambhair.glossgenius.com. Late Arrivals: Please arrive on time so we can give you the best service possible. A 15-minute grace period is allowed. Arrivals beyond 15 minutes will require rescheduling and incur a 50% service charge. Special & Monday Appointments: Need a special appointment time? We’ll do our best to accommodate you! Monday appointments are available upon request based on availability. Payment & Booking: To secure your appointment, a deposit is required: Hair appointments require a 30% deposit at booking, with the balance due at your appointment. SLS-Self Love Sunday services require a 50% deposit, with the balance due at your appointment. Bundle services require a 50% deposit at booking, with the remaining balance paid in full at the first appointment. Deposits are fully refundable with 24+ advance hours' notice to cancel. Multiple missed appointments may require full prepayment for future bookings. Studio-Initiated Cancellations: While rare, if we must cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, we will reschedule as soon as possible and offer 20% off your next service as a courtesy. Satisfaction Guarantee: Your happiness is our priority! While all services are non-refundable, we encourage you to let us know before leaving if any adjustments are needed so we can ensure you're fully satisfied. Health & Safety: To keep our space safe and comfortable for everyone, we reserve the right to reschedule or refuse service in the following situations: Lice, open wounds, or contagious illnesses Skin infections Two (2) or more no-show appointments Aggressive behavior Emergencies & Considerations: We understand that unexpected situations happen.
